Savostyle began with a simple observation: women were being asked to choose. Cover up, or feel current. Be comfortable, or be considered well dressed. We never accepted that those were the only options.

Modest, and modern

Modest dressing has too often meant settling for whatever happens to be available — shapes that hide rather than flatter, or pieces designed for someone else and adapted after the fact. We start from the opposite place. Every piece is designed as modest from the first sketch, with the coverage considered as carefully as the cut.

The result is clothing that looks like it belongs to now, and happens to be modest. Not the other way around.

Made in Milan

Our pieces are made in Milan, a city that has spent a century learning how clothes should be built. It is a decision that costs us more and moves more slowly than the alternative, and we think you can feel the difference — in the weight of the fabric, the finish of a seam, the way a shape holds after it has been worn and washed.

Italian craft and modest design are not an obvious pairing. We think they should be.

Comfort is not a compromise

We believe the best thing a piece of clothing can do is disappear. No adjusting, no covering, no thinking about it. When you stop managing what you're wearing, you get your attention back for the day in front of you.

So we work in relaxed silhouettes and soft, substantial fabrics. Pieces you reach for because they feel good, and keep reaching for because they still look right a year later.

Made for how women actually live

Savostyle is designed for women — for the school run and the work call, the long flight and the quiet morning, the day that starts early and doesn't slow down. Our pieces move between those moments without needing to be swapped out.

We design for real days, not for a photograph.

A wardrobe, not a haul

We're not interested in the cycle of buying more and wearing less. We'd rather make fewer pieces, and make them properly — in a palette that works together, in shapes that hold up, in quality you can feel the first time you put it on.

A wardrobe should grow with you, season by season. That's what we're building.
