Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order, and what happens if it isn't right.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Milan within [1–2] business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

Duties and taxes

Orders within the EU include all taxes. For orders outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged on delivery.

Returns

If a piece isn't right, you can return it within [14] days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to return something

1. Email [hello@savostyle.com] with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and an address.
3. Post the item back to us. Return shipping is [paid by the customer].
4. Once it arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued within [5–7] business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, return the original piece and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you want before it sells out.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a photograph. We'll make it right.
